Our team is a testament to the strength and resilience of our community. We pride ourselves on being led by those in the frontlines. All of CWC’s staff are former low wage workers who live in the same communities we serve, speak the same languages of our neighbors and have worked in many of the workplaces where we build power. For over 20 years, our approach has been to empower our community members to lead our organizing and program efforts. This unique blend of personal and professional insight fuels our commitment to justice and equity.
Chicago Workers Collaborative aims to hire from within our community, to be represented by those we serve. We are an equal opportunity, fair chance, affirmative action employer, committed to building a diverse and inclusive workforce.
