This year marks 25 years of Chicago Workers Collaborative organizing alongside workers across Chicagoland.

For a quarter-century, we’ve built leadership and power in our community to win many hard-fought victories in the fight for dignity, justice, and safety on the job. We’re proud of how far we’ve come — and we know the fight is getting even tougher. It’s been enraging to wake up each day to renewed threats and the rollback of federal worker protections. Our immigrant worker community needs bold grassroots organizing now more than ever.

We could never have fought this long without your support, partnership, and friendship.

This fall, join us at our 25th Anniversary Fundraiser on October 17, 2025 at 6pm at Citlalin Art Gallery & Theater. It will be a vibrant evening of community, culture, and celebration as we honor the victories we’ve won and commit to the bold future ahead. Our goal is to raise at least $25,000 to fund the next 25 years of worker power.
