Ending Racial Discrimination in Industrial Temp Hiring Through Innovative Enforcement

By “testing” 60 temp agencies, sending in pairs of job applicants who were the same in every way but their race, workers created the evidence needed to fight back against discrimination in the temporary staffing industry. The author recommends a Temp Agency Seal of Approval program to promote race and gender equity in the staffing industry.
